How to Heat Seal Smell Proof Bags

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Fill the bag leaving the seal tab area empty.
- Press the zip-lock closed first as a backup seal.
- Place the open top of the seal tab between heat sealer jaws.
- Clamp for 2–3 seconds until the plastic fuses.
- Let cool for 5 seconds before handling.
Tips for Best Results
Wipe the seal area clean and dry — moisture prevents a proper weld. Do not overheat; blistering weakens the seal. If using a hair straightener, test on a spare bag first to find the right temperature. Heat sealing is irreversible — cut below the seal line to open.
